014: Beating Cancer, Taking Risks, and Growing Their Own Food with Sow the Land

After Jason battled and overcame cancer they decided to sell most of their belongings and move cross country to the mountains of North Carolina. After settling in they became passionate about growing their own food and understanding how less stress, good nutrition and moving the body really had an impact on their health and wellness.
