Mother, minimalist, vegan and gentle parenting advocate Madison Gray comes onto the podcast to chat about her story to minimalism. We talk about how minimalism makes our lives easier as mothers and how her families many moves have helped them to finally strip all the excess away.

She also shares her families story of pursuing a dream life and how they downsized into a small 480 sq. ft. bungalow on the beach in San Diego. We also talk about her reasons why she became plant based vegan and how simplicity in all aspects of life has made her a lighter, happier and more positive person.

At the end of the show I ask her my “end of the podcast question”…What can you not let go of? Make sure to stick around till the end because I think you will love her answer, it opens up a conversation about smart phones and social media.

Madison has been my friend for awhile now and I know that you will love her personality and joy for life as much as I do.
