Episode 001: Minimalism + Mental Health

Listen as Kim and Melissa discuss the positive effects of minimalism on mental health. For full podcast head to Minimelist.co/blog/001

In todays show I sit down with my friend Kim. I love her perspective on life as a minimalist because two of her 4 kids are teenagers and she has managed to navigate the switch to a more simple life with many different ages at home. We talk about the guilt of getting rid of items that have been gifted to you and she gives me a wonderful mind set shift to help me overcome that guilt.

The main goal of this conversation was to talk about mental health. Kim has lived through the positive impact a minimalist lifestyle can have on your mental state and she shares her journey with us in this episode.
